3. Fill out and sign the Form and send it back to us by fax +385 (0)1 4611 335
4. The signed Form authorizes us to charge your credit card for the agreed booking amount. Your credit card will be charged for a price amount in HRK (Croatian kunas) converted from euros (€) according to the sell rate of Raiffeisen bank d.d. on the day your credit card is charged.
